Researchers use Ayda to protect the security of your data as a participant. Through Ayda you can be recruited, surveyed and paid, alongside others that take part in their research.
You may have received an email from Ayda for a couple reasons: you’ve been invited to participate in a research project, or you have outstanding incentives to claim.
If you have any questions about the project or details related to it, please contact the researcher or research company.
To register, follow the invitation email or register directly through the platform. The link will take you to the registration form where you will be able to create an account. Remember to create your account using the same address that you have provided to the researcher.
The security and privacy of your data is important to the research company and to us here at Ayda. Because of this, your payment is held behind a password protected website. That way we can make sure your payment details are held securely and safely.
As soon as the researcher marks your participation in the project as complete, you’ll receive a notification by text and email from Ayda inviting you to log in and claim. Ayda has no oversight on this timeline. Please reach out to the researcher if you have any questions about when you will be able to claim.
Yes! Unless the researcher chooses to restrict the options, which for some projects can be the case, you can choose to claim with UK Bank, PayPal or from over 150+ vouchers and charities!
You can reset your password by clicking ‘forgot your password?’ on the log in page.
You can find Ayda’s Online Support Team via email at support@helloayda.com. A member of the Support Team will be in contact within 24 hours (between 9am and 6pm).
