Get Better Answers: A guide to crafting non-bias and effective questions in user research

Before founding Ayda, Shifra Cook (Ayda’s founder and CEO) spent 20 years in user research working for corporates, charities and government bodies. During this time she conducted hundreds of user interviews for things like new products, new features and new policies and went on to design the user research framework for some of the leading market research agencies.

Over the coming months, Shifra will be running a series of sessions on user research based on her first-hand experience and the learnings of user research experts and theorists.
